About the Principal

Nicholas Ramones, PE brings over 20 years of civil engineering experience to every project. Licensed as a Professional Engineer in Texas (PE #117112), Nick has designed and permitted residential subdivisions, commercial sites, public infrastructure, and utility systems across multiple Texas jurisdictions.

His background spans the full project lifecycle: site design, stormwater management, water and sewer infrastructure, FEMA flood studies, and regulatory permitting. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio and has worked extensively with the City of San Antonio, SAWS, Bexar County, and surrounding municipalities.
